They may also have trouble with emotional regulation and may experience mood swings or difficulty coping with stress.

Sluggish Cognitive Tempo Type ADHD: This type of ADHD is characterized by symptoms such as daydreaming, sluggishness, and difficulty getting started on tasks and they may also have trouble with memory and may forget important details.
